What students need to do:
- The graduation thesis and poster must be prepared according to the templates provided in the link.
- For the completed graduation thesis, the form “FR-1305-Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering Graduation Project Submission Form” on kalite.yildiz.edu.tr must be filled out carefully.
- The graduation thesis (.pdf), graduation presentation (.pdf), graduation poster (.pdf), and the FR-1305 form signed by the advisor (.pdf) must be uploaded to the provided link. The deadline for uploading files to the system is June 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
- Each student enrolled in END4000 Graduation Thesis must upload their own thesis; it is not sufficient for only one student participating in a group thesis to upload it.
- For the Graduation Thesis, the defense committee is formed by the advisor, and information regarding the defense meeting is shared with the students. The student attends the presentation on the specified date and time.
- The final version of the Graduation Thesis, presentation, and poster—including all corrections—must be uploaded via the questionnaire provided in the link. The advisor will enter the grade once this stage is complete.
What the advisor needs to do:
- The defense meeting is scheduled and shared with the jury and students.
- The Graduation Project evaluation form, Form FR-1306 (.pdf), signed at the end of the Graduation Thesis Defense Meeting, must be uploaded to the system by completing the survey at the specified link by 11:59 PM on July 6, 2026, at the latest.
