What students need to do:
- Final projects and posters must be prepared according to the templates provided in the link.
- For the prepared final project, the “FR-1305-Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering Final Project Submission Form” available at kalite.yildiz.edu.tr must be filled out carefully.
- The final project (.pdf), final project presentation (.pdf), final project poster (.pdf), and the FR-1305 Form (.pdf) signed by the academic advisor must be uploaded to the form provided in the link. The deadline for uploading the files is June 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
- Every student enrolled in END4000 Thesis must upload their thesis; for group theses, it is not sufficient for only one student to upload the files.
- The defense committee for the Capstone Project is formed by the academic advisor, and the details of the defense meeting are shared with the students. The student must attend the presentation at the specified date and time.
- The final version of the thesis, presentation, and poster—including all revisions—must be uploaded to the system after completing the survey at the provided link. The faculty advisor will enter the grade after this step is completed.
Tasks for the faculty advisor:
- Create the Defense Meeting and share it with the committee and students.
- The Thesis Defense Meeting Evaluation Form (FR-1306 Form (.pdf)), signed at the end of the Thesis Defense Meeting, must be uploaded to the system by filling out the survey at the provided link no later than July 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
