Steps to Follow for Course Substitution and Adjustment Procedures for Undergraduate Programs

Students in undergraduate programs must apply using the form below in the steps regarding course substitution and course substitution procedures.

Purpose of Use of the Form:

  1. Internship Recognition: This is a type of recognition in which transfer students must apply with the necessary documents in order for their previous internships to be evaluated.
  2. Internship Substitution - Objection: This is the type of substitution that students who apply for internship evaluation must apply to object to the result.
  3. Course Substitution: This is a type of substitution in which transfer students must transfer the relevant information by selecting the course they are transferring to.
  4. Course Substitution – Objection: This is the type of substitution that transfer students must choose to object to their adjustments.
  5. Students Continuing Their Education: This is the type of substitution that students who want to take courses from different departments and have them counted in their own curriculum should apply.
  6. Continuing Education Students – Objection: This is the type of registration that students who want to object to their petitions and results after adaptation must apply.

Application processes will only be carried out between the dates shared in the process of counting previous learning in the Academic Calendar.

YTU Equivalence and Adjustment Procedures Directive (YÖ-097)

 

Students are expected to submit a single application. However, if they want to update between the application dates, they can re-apply. In this case, the latest application will be taken into consideration .

Applications received by hand or by e-mail will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the specified form is filled out.

After the application process is completed, it will be evaluated by the relevant commission and sent to the relevant board of directors. Since this process takes approximately 2 weeks, you can follow the results via OBS. For this reason, e-mails received during the period until this process is completed will not be evaluated.

You can use the e-mail address enmintibak@std.yildiz.edu.tr to send your other questions about counting procedures . However, in order for the e-mail to be evaluated by the relevant commission, the following e-mail format must be followed.

''As your student with the student number……………………….. and the name-surname of ……………………………. I would like to submit my request for substitution regarding

Second Paragraph:

Here, you need to express your reason for sending the e-mail in a few sentences.


 

About Graduate Programs Adjustment Processes

 

Only adaptation processes for undergraduate programs are carried out through the shared form.

For postgraduate course substitution, the course substitution request must be sent via e-mail to enmblm@yildiz.edu.tr along with the required documents.

The e-mail title should be defined as follows and you should also include your student information (student number, program registered) and briefly your course substitution request in the e-mail content.

Subject Title: About Graduate Course Substitution Request.

Email Content:

"Hello,

I am student number ….. enrolled in your department's ….. program. I would like to have my courses counted in the attached petition. Required documents are attached.

I hereby respectfully making the need.
