INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

2025-2026 FALL TERM

GRADUATION THESIS SUBMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

What students need to do:

1. Graduation thesis and poster should be prepared according to the templates provided in the link.
2. For the prepared graduation thesis, the form “FR-1305-Makine Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü Bitirme Çalışması Teslim Formu” on the kalite.yildiz.edu.tr should be filled carefully.
3. Graduation thesis (.pdf), graduation presentation (.pdf), graduation poster (.pdf), and the form FR-1305 signed by the advisor (.pdf) should be uploaded into the given link. The deadline for uploading files to the system will be January 13, 2026, at 23:59.
4. Each student who takes END4000 Graduation Thesis should upload her/his thesis; it is not sufficient for only one student who takes part in the thesis made as a group to upload.
5. The Department of Industrial Engineering creates a defense jury for each Graduation Thesis submitted and publishes the defense meeting timeline until January 15, 2026, at 16.00 at the latest. The student attends the presentation on the date and time specified in the schedule.
   1. The last version of the Graduation thesis, presentation, and poster with all corrections should be uploaded to the questionnaire given in the link. Grade entry will be made by the advisor after this stage is completed.

What the advisor needs to do:

1. The Graduation Project evaluation form, Form FR-1306 (.pdf), signed at the end of the Graduation Project Defense Meeting, must be uploaded to the system by filling out the survey in the specified link by 23:59 on 23 January 2025 at the latest.
