ENDÜSTRİ MÜHENDİSLİĞİ BÖLÜMÜ

2021-2022 GÜZ YARIYILI

BÜTÜNLEME BİTİRME ÇALIŞMASI TESLİM SÜRECİ BİLGİLENDİRMESİ

Öğrencilerin yapması gerekenler:

1.     Bitirme çalışmaları ve posterleri bağlantıda verilen şablonlara göre hazırlanmalıdır.

2.     Hazırlanan bitirme çalışması için kalite.yildiz.edu.tr adresinde bulunan “FR-1305-Makine Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü Bitirme Çalışması Teslim Formu” dikkatle doldurulmalıdır.

3.     Bitirme çalışmasını (.pdf) ve FR-1305 Formu (MS Word dosyası) nu tek bir dosya halinde sıkıştırarak (.zip ya da .rar) bağlantıda verilen forma yüklenmelidir. Dosyaları sisteme yüklemek için verilen son tarih 02 Şubat 2022 Saat 23.59 olacaktır. 

4.     END4000 Bitirme Çalışması alan her öğrenci tezini mutlaka yüklemelidir, grup halinde yapılan bitirme tezleri için sadece bir öğrencinin yüklemesi yeterli değildir.

5.     Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölüm Başkanlığı, teslim edilen her Bitirme Çalışması için bir savunma jürisi oluşturur ve savunma toplantısı zaman çizelgesini yayınlar. Öğrenci çizelgede belirtilen tarih ve saatte sunuma katılır.

6.     Tezin ve posterin tüm düzeltmeleri ile birlikte son hali, Bitirme Sunumu tamamlandıktan sonra en geç 04 Şubat 2022 Saat 23.59’a kadar belirtilen bağlantıdaki anket doldurularak sisteme yüklenmelidir. Danışman öğretim üyesi tarafından not girişi bu aşama tamamlandıktan sonra yapılacaktır.

Danışman öğretim üyesinin yapması gerekenler:

1.     Bitirme çalışması teslime uygun görülen öğrencilerin sunum çizelgesi danışman öğretim üyesinin belirleyeceği zaman aralığında belirleyeceği jüri ile yapılmaktadır. 

2.     Planlanan Savunma Toplantısı jüri ve öğrenciler ile paylaşılması gerekmektedir.

3.     Bitirme Tezi Savunma Toplantısı sonunda imzalanan Bitirme Çalışması değerlendirme formu FR-1306 Formu (.pdf) en geç 05 Şubat 2022 Saat 23.59’a kadar ytuendustrimuhendisligimudek@gmail.com e-posta adresine gönderilmelidir.

GRADUATION THESIS SUBMISSION PROCESS ANNOUNCEMENT

What students need to do:

1. The graduation thesis and poster should be prepared using the guideline given in the link.
2. For prepared graduation thesis, the form “FR-1305-Makine Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü Bitirme Çalışması Teslim Formu” in the kalite.yildiz.edu.tr should be filled carefully.
3. Graduation thesis (.pdf) and the FR-1305 form (MS Word file), which are combined as one file by compressing (.zip or .rar), should be uploaded into given link. The deadline for uploading files to the system will be February 02, 2022, at 23:59.
4. Each student who takes END4000 Graduation Thesis should upload their thesis. It is not sufficient for only one student to upload the final theses done in groups.
5. The Department of Industrial Engineering creates a defense jury for each Graduation Thesis submitted and publishes the defense meeting timeline. The student attends the presentation at the date and time specified in the schedule.
6. After the final version of the thesis and the poster, together with all corrections, should be uploaded to the system by filling out the questionnaire at the link specified, until 04 February 2022, 23:59. Grade entry will be made by the advisor faculty member after this stage is completed. Grade entry will be made by the advisor after this stage is completed.

What the advisors need to do:

1. The presentation schedule of the students whose graduation work is deemed suitable for delivery is made by the jury to be determined by the advisor faculty member.
2. The planned Defense Meeting needs to be shared with the jury and students.
3. At the end of the Defense Meeting, the signed graduation thesis evaluation form, FR-1306 (.pdf), should be sent to ytuendustrimuhendisligimudek@gmail.com until 05 February 2022 23:59 at the latest.
