INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 2023-2024 FALL TERM GRADUATION THESIS RESIT EXAM SUBMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

What students need to do:

1. Graduation thesis and poster should be prepared according to the templates provided in the link.
2. For the prepared graduation thesis, the form “FR-1305-Makine Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü Bitirme Çalışması Teslim Formu” in the kalite.yildiz.edu.tr should be filled carefully.
3. Graduation thesis (.pdf), graduation presentation (.pdf), graduation poster (.pdf), and the form FR-1305 signed by the advisor (.pdf), should be uploaded into the given link. The deadline for uploading files to the system will be January 24, 2024 at 23:59.
4. Each student which takes END4000 Graduation Thesis should upload her/his thesis, it is not sufficient for only one student who takes place in the thesis made as a group to upload.
5. For the Graduation Thesis, the defense jury is formed by the advisor and defense meeting information is shared with the students. The student attends the presentation on the specified date and time.
6. The last version of the Graduation thesis, presentation, and poster with all corrections should be uploaded to the questionnaire given in the link. Grade entry will be made by the advisor after this stage is completed.

What the advisor need to do:

1. The Defense Meeting is created and shared with the jury and students.
2. The Graduation Thesis Evaluation form, FR-1306 Form (.pdf), signed at the end of the Graduation Thesis Defense Meeting, should be uploaded to given link by filling out the questionnaire by January 27, 2024 at 23.59.
