GRADUATION THESIS SUBMISSION PROCESS INFORMATION

What students need to do:

1. Graduation theses and posters must be prepared according to the templates provided at the link.
2. The "FR-1305-Makine Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü Bitirme Çalışması Teslim Formu” " available at kalite.yildiz.edu.tr must be filled out carefully for the prepared graduation thesis.
3. The graduation thesis (.pdf), graduation presentation (.pdf), graduation poster (.pdf), and the FR-1305 Form signed by the advisor (.pdf) must be uploaded to the form provided at the link. The deadline for uploading the files is June 15, 2026, at 23:59.
4. Every student enrolled in END4000 Graduation Thesis must upload their thesis; for group graduation theses, it is not sufficient for only one student to upload.
5. The Department of Industrial Engineering will form a defense jury for each submitted graduation thesis and will publish the defense meeting schedule by June 16, 2026, at 16:00 at the latest. The student shall attend the presentation on the date and time indicated in the schedule.
6. The final versions of the thesis, presentation, and poster — with all corrections incorporated — must be uploaded to the system by completing the survey at the specified link. Grade entry by the advisor will be completed after this step.

What the advisor needs to do:

1. The graduation thesis evaluation form FR-1306 (.pdf), signed at the end of the Graduation Thesis Defense Meeting, must be uploaded to the system by completing the survey at the specified link no later than June 25, 2026, at 23:59.
